Itinerary 19days/8nights


  • Day 1: Tashkent
         Evening arrival into Tashkent Airport, where you will be met by our tour guide who will arrange your transportation to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

  • Day 2: Tashkent-Khiva
         After breakfast, we will tour around Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Tour sites include Barak Khan Seminary, Kukeldash and Abul Khassim Madrassas, Uzbek Museum of Applied Arts and the many gardens and historic monuments. Evening flight to Urgench on RJ-85 and driving to ancient city of Khiva. Check in and dinner at the hotel.

  • Day 3: Khiva-Bukhara
         One of the most ancient settlements in the world, Khiva is the most preserved of all ancient Central Asian cities. Half-day tour will include visit to the Ichon-Qala gates, Muhammad Amin and Rakhim Khan's Madrassas. After lunch we will continue our tour with the journey to Bukhara. The drive to Bukhara will take approximately 7 hours during which we will stop on our way to see the landscape. Upon arrival check-in and dinner at the hotel.

  • Day 4: Bukhara
         Tour around Bukhara including visit to Mausoleum of Ismail Samanid, the famous Kalyan Minaret, and Lyabi-Khauz. This will be followed by sightseeing the statue of the wise fool Sufi Hoja Nasruddin, Caravanserai of Nadir Divanbegi.

  • Day 5: Bukhara
         Visit the Ark Fortress, Balakhauz mosque, Old walls of Bukhara, Chashma Ayub and Sitora-I-Mokhikhosa - the summer residence of the former emir of Bukhara.

  • Day 6: Bukhara-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand
         After breakfast we will drive to Shakhrisabz, birthplace of the great conqueror Tamerlane (Amir Temur), and visit the Ak-Saray Palace, Kok-Gumbaz Mosque, House of Mediation and Crypt of Amir Temur. Continue with the drive to Samarkand.

  • Day 7: Samarkand
         The famed city of Samarkand is the jewel of the desert and the capital of Amir Temur's empire. More than any other city in Uzbekistan, Samarkand is a symbol of a living history, which seems to be almost untouched by the centuries. After breakfast a full day tour of famous Registan Square, Bibi Khanum Mosque, Mausoleum of Amir Temur with onyx covered tomb of Amir Temur dating back to the 15th century, Ulugbek's observatory, Shahi-Zinda necropolis.

  • Day 8: Samarkand/Tashkent
         Visit Katta bazar (Oriental food market) of Samarkand. Drive to Tashkent and continue with sightseeing the downtown after a short rest.

  • Day 9: Departure
